Section 185(1) of The Companies Act,2013
No Company shall give loan to or provide guarantee or Security in favor of-
a) its own directors
b)Directors of its holding Company
c)Relatives of above directors
d) Partners of above directors
e) Any Partnership firm in which above directors or their relatives are partners.
